Enroll in Paramount Unified School District 2024-2025

Welcome to Paramount Unified School District!  We are happy you have chosen to enroll your child in our district. This is a very important step in your child's future, and we are confident you will be proud of our schools. 
 

New to Paramount

Welcome to Paramount Unified. Every new family will need a SchoolMint account to complete registration. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Create a SchoolMint account by clicking here. You will use this same account for all the students you wish to enroll.
  2. Once inside SchoolMint you will be prompted to fill out a registration packet. You will also be asked to upload certain documents digitally. You may be asked to provide original documents to the school office.
  3. Your child’s school will contact you about the 2024-2025 school year in August.

Re-Enrollment for a student or new sibling

You will use ParentVUE (previously SchoolMint) to re-enroll students to the 2024-2025 school year and complete your annual student verification. 

If you have not yet created a PARENTVUE account, please click here and choose “Request Account Activation” or you can reach out to your child’s school to request an activation key.

NEW Student Registration

 

Families new to Paramount Unified Schools within boundaries 

This option is for families who are new to the district. This is the right choice if your child is entering a PUSD school for the very first time. If your child has previously been enrolled in a Paramount USD school or has a sibling currently attending school please see existing families below

Existing families adding a new student  

This option is for families who already have an existing Schoolmint account and wish to register a new student.  Only one family account is required in SchoolMint for all siblings.  Use your existing account to register new students.

Transitional Kindergarten (TK)

 

A child who will be 5 years old by September 2, 2024 and June 2, 2025; enroll in TK for the 2024-2025 school year. TK classes will be held at Collins, Gaines, Hollydale, Jefferson (NEW site!), Keppel (NEW Site!), Lincoln, Los Cerritos, Mokler, Roosevelt, Wirtz, and Tanner school sites. When enrolling your child, select TK as the grade placement.

Preschool Programs

If your child will be attending preschool, go to Schools -Preschool Programs for more information.  All preschool registration will be processed through the Early Childhood Education office.
