Residency Verification Information

If you reside within the boundaries of Paramount Unified School District and would like to enroll, click here to Enroll Now!  Create a ParentVue account, if you do not already have one, and enter your information to enroll today!  We are so excited to welcome you to the Paramount Unified School District family. 

 

Residency Requirement: 

Your child must reside within the attendance boundaries of the Paramount Unified School District or is considered a resident based on parent employment. 

If your child lives outside of district boundaries, click here for information on how to complete the interdistrict attendance permit process, which begins at your child’s district of residence. 

 

Immunizations: 

Your child must have up-to-date immunizations, or have a medical exemption issued by a licensed physician through CAIR-ME.

Documentation: 

In order to ensure that your child meets the above enrollment criteria, and provide information that will assist with the proper placement of your child, you must upload the following documents to complete the enrollment process: 

 
  • Proof of student's age: (select from one of the following)
 
    • A certified copy of a birth certificate 
    • Statement by the local registrar or county recorder certifying the date of birth 
    • A duly attested baptism certificate 
    • Passport 
    • Previous school records or medical records showing date of birth
 
  • Parent/guardian photo identification
  • Student’s current immunization record or medical exemption 
  • Proof of residency within Paramount Unified School District boundaries: (must include any two of the following) 
 
    • Utility Bill: Utility Notice of Service (valid 30 days), Electric, Water/Trash Service, Gas, Landline Telephone, Cable 
    • Property tax payment receipts 
    • Rental property contract, lease, or payment receipts 
    • Pay stubs 
    • Voter registration 
    • Correspondence from a government agency

For students enrolling under Residency Based on Parent Employment, a.k.a.
