Alicia Anderson, Vice-President/Clerk
Alicia Linden Anderson, is a lifetime resident of Paramount. She attended all Paramount schools and is a Paramount Pirate. She raised her five children here in Paramount; they all attended and graduated from Paramount schools. Now, she has grandchildren attending Paramount schools.
She previously served on the Board of Education for 17 years (2001-2018). During this time period, she contributed to many projects that gave our students many opportunities. She has volunteered 20+ years to PTA (Parent Teacher Association), including serving as the PTA Council President. Inspiring many parents to get involved as partners in the education process. She believes in listening to parents, teachers, staff and the community to develop equity, collaboration and execute change in a positive way.
Her goals have always been to put children first. Providing and ensuring a clean, safe learning environment. Hiring the most professional teachers and classified staff to support engaged learning. Investing in the most up to date curriculum, technology and programs to ensure success for every student. Along with continuing to focus on decreasing the education gap.

Alicia is honored to serve the Paramount Unified School District. She is passionate about working together with the students, families, teachers, staff and community to continue the success of Paramount Unified School District.
