Measure I - Citizens Bond Oversight Committee

By statute, the purpose of the citizens’ bond oversight committee shall be to review and inform regarding the expenditure of bond funds. The citizens’ bond oversight committee shall actively review and report on the proper expenditure of taxpayers’ money for school improvements, modernization and construction. Annually, we expect to have information to report mid-year and to finalize the annual audit. The Citizens Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is required to meet at least once per year, and the district's goal is to have the regulatory annual meeting as well as a construction site visit as practicable. The meetings serve to provide details and updates on current facilities projects as well as providing information on bond related initiatives.
