Participant Journey Graphic

The Teacher Induction Program is a two-year, individualized, job-embedded system of mentoring support.  The journey graphics below highlight a suggested timeline of program experiences that will lead to the Clear Credential recommendation.  Early Completion Option (ECO) participating teachers have been approved by the program based on a set of criteria and will be able to complete the program in one year.  ECO participating teachers will experience a deeper and more reflective analysis of teacher practice perhaps combining California Standards for the Teaching Profession related areas of focus.
