Volunteers
Thank you for your interest in volunteering in our Paramount schools.
Below is the application process for volunteers:
- To begin, please fill out the Volunteer Request Form available HERE. This form will be forwarded to the Personnel Services Division. Upon receipt, a volunteer application will be emailed to the email address submitted.
- Complete the application. Attach your certificate or negative TB test results. Attach a copy of your driver’s license, passport, identification card. (If you do not have a form of ID, please CLICK HERE for an attestation form. Upload a signed copy in place of a form of ID.)
- Submit your application. The application will be routed to the principal for review.
- Once your application has been reviewed by the principal, it will be sent to the Personnel Services Division. One of the Personnel Services technicians will contact you with next steps.
- Volunteer interacting with students: An appointment will be scheduled for you to come in for DOJ and FBI fingerprinting.
- Volunteer NOT interacting with students: A criminal background check will be required.
- The Personnel Services technician who processed your fingerprints or background check will notify you via email or phone call once the district receives your clearance. The Personnel Services technician will also notify the administrator once you are cleared.
