Workshops spanned literacy, technology integration, wellness, and inclusive education, with sessions such as Amira Reading Tools, Integrated ELD Strategies, AVID Student Engagement, and Cultural Competency. Specialized courses in Autism Partnership, Paraeducator Support Strategies, and Understanding Student Discipline further strengthened staff capacity to meet diverse student needs.

Afternoon sessions on Mathematical Discussions, Tiered Interventions, and Culturally Responsive Teaching reinforced the district’s shared focus on student engagement and belonging.

The day reflected Paramount Unified’s commitment to high-quality, inclusive education and its ongoing investment in the growth of every staff member—ensuring that students continue to learn, thrive, and achieve their full potential.
