Free COVID-19 Vaccines
COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC RESOURCES
Paramount Unified School District is happy to host a series of free vaccination clinics available to anyone 12 years and older. Clinics welcome everyone and walk-ups are welcome. No appointments are needed. The clinic will be offering Pfizer vaccinations.
Jefferson Clinic
Date: Friday (Oct 8, 2021)
Time: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Location: Jefferson Elementary School, 8600 Jefferson St., Paramount, CA 90723
In order to be vaccinated, you will need to provide:
- Photo ID or proof of age
- Minors (age 5-17) need accompanied by a guardian and completed Consent form. Public Health consent form: English | Español
- If you have health insurance, please bring your health insurance card (COVID-19 vaccines are free regardless of insurance status)
