STUDENT AND STAFF CHROMEBOOK/COMPUTER TECHNICAL SUPPORT

(Includes Support for technology during Summer School)

To assist our students with technical issues during these difficult times, the School District is providing technology support to students that have software and hardware issues. Students can access a support line at 562-602-6084 or email at pusdstudentsupport@paramount.k12.ca.us for program and software issues. Additionally, District technology staff has set up a Chromebook technical support area in the District office (ROP Portable). Starting Monday, March 23rd, parents and students will be able to bring their District issued Chromebooks that are non-functional or having technical issues for repair or replacement at no charge. Technical services will be provided Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am to 11:00am in the portable building located in the parking lot of the District office. We will be communicating this and more with Paramount families this weekend.
