2019-2020 Registration for New Families to Paramount Schools

Welcome to Paramount Unified School District! We are excited to have your family with us! New Student Registration is a process for students and families who are completely new to Paramount Unified Schools. This is the correct pathway to register (enroll) if you have moved into the Paramount Unified School district mid-year or you are a student entering at the beginning of a new school year. 

For students in grades TK-5:

Student registration documents for students in grades TK-5 can be accessed below in both English and Spanish. Documents are specially formatted so that information can be entered directly into the forms before printing. Once your registration form is complete and printed, it can be taken to your school of residence. To identify your designated school location, click on this School Locator link.

For students in grades 6-8, Hollydale and Jackson:

Paramount Unified is transitioning to a new registration system for students in grades 6-8, Hollydale and Jackson for the 2019-20 school year. Starting Monday, July 1, 2019 new student registration will be a two-part process. Both parts must be completed in order to fully enroll a student at

 

Part I: Complete registration online via SchoolMint

  • Create a SchoolMint account at https://pusdschools.schoolmint.net/signup
  • Fill out a registration packet which includes the following forms:
    • (1) student registration
    • (2) emergency/medical information
    • (3) receipt of annual notification/parent signature page
    • (4) school funding data collection form.
  • After you submit your registration packet, you will receive a notification that online registration has been complete.


Part II: Visit school site to complete the registration process

  • Bring all required registration documents: immunization record, proof of birth, parent/guardian identification, and proof of residency. Individuals other than parent/guardian must bring an appointed guardian/s court order to school office.

 

* All other care taker arrangements must schedule an appointment with Student Services at (562) 602-6035.
