Prior to applying for an Inter-district Permit, prepare your documents! All applications must include documentation that supports the reason indicated on the application. The “CHART” linked below includes a list of all documents that must be attached to the application at the time of submission.
Student registration documents can be accessed below in both English and Spanish. Documents are specially formatted so that information can be entered directly into the forms before printing.
