Dear Collins Parents and Students,

I started out as an administrator back in 1992. I had the pleasure of being here for five years and then was promoted to being a Principal. I had the opportunity to work at both Jefferson and Mokler Schools for the last eight years. How exciting it is to be back at Captain Raymond Collins School! Our staff and students are wonderful!

We follow one basic premise, “Treat others as you wish to be treated.” This includes keeping our hands and mean words to ourselves. Learning is our top priority and when we follow our main premise, LEARNING TAKES PLACE.

We have an active PTA that is planning field trips for all grades as well as an active 4/5 Student Council group. We have SSC and ELAC meetings for our various parent groups and all our invited to attend.
